At Jamf, we want to ensure you have the tools you need to meet your regulatory requirements relating to Privacy. We’ve updated our Data Processing Agreement for Customers (“DPA”) to reflect the latest set of standard contractual clauses applicable to any applicable transfer of personal data outside the EU (“2021 SCCs”), including transfers in accordance with the current United Kingdom GDPR. Additionally, as our portfolio of products continues to grow with the acquisition of Wandera, we’ve updated our list of subprocessors which is available here.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018. Providing a safe environment for our customers is a core principle of Jamf.

Safe & Reliable

You are in charge! Jamf collects minimal client information which is needed for providing our services. You decide what data is being used, for example generic iPad names or the name of the users.

To make sure we are fully compliant with the GDPR, we have updated our Privacy Policies and Terms of Use. When you log in to Jamf you can find all the information you need and sign the GDPR agreement.

Our partners

Jamf partners with resellers and support providers in several countries. Jamf and its partners can not see any documents, pictures or in-app data of students within apps or on Apple devices. It is important to us to work with partners that share the same high values as we do, therefore we are always in touch with our partners to make sure GDPR is always of importance.
